Description
CAM offers a monobloc able to complete all syringe assembly operations: plunger assembly, label application on the body, safety assembly or backstop assembly.
The syringe assembly machine has a production speed of up to 400 syringes/min, and is characterized by a heavy duty construction, ease of use, and quick format change-over.
The aforementioned dynamic buffer upstream of the machine guarantees an optimal line functioning, avoiding production interruption in case of downstream machine stoppage.
CAM may also provide a syringe deviator allowing syringes to be distributed from a single to a double channel.
