Description
Exclusive, Continuous Motion Erection System: This process is executed through a two-station rotary turret, with each station being driven by closed-profile cams. This setup enables the pickup of products from the magazine at "0" speed. The system promotes a complete and gradual pre-breaking of the cartons. Each erection station consists of two suction-cup arms that, by pulling the two adjacent faces of the cartons, ensure a positive opening, irrespective of the grammage and quality of the cardboard used, and even in the case of square cartons.
Continuous Motion, New Generation Closure System: The closure system is made up of a rotary system that is simple and quick to remove during format changes. An operator on the production line can replace it without the need for adjustments. The repetitive quality of the final pack is assured.
