Description
The MKblister packaging machine is designed to meet the Pharmaceutical Industry's requirements and GMP standards. It offers simplified use and ease of cleaning, with a short and linear path between the reel, forming material, and cutting station. This allows for easy line clearance and cleaning during batch change-over, even for unskilled personnel. The machine can handle a wide range of forming materials, including PVC, PP, PVC-PVDC, ACLAR, PETG, ALLI-PE, ALU-PP, and lidding materials like aluminum, paper, paper-myLAR, aluminum-PE, and polypropylene. It can handle products like gelatine capsules, sugar-coated pills, and coated or uncoated tablets of any shape and presentation.
The machine has a heavy-duty structure and mechanical reliability, capable of producing up to 12 blisters per stroke. Web transfer is carried out by four mechanical grippers, with the third acting directly on the housings. The intermittent motion of the web is generated by a mechanical crank and slotted link device, allowing for feeding throughout the entire cycle. The machine can be pre-arranged to accept change parts of former machine models upon request.
