Description
The format-based scroll system ensures the alignment of bottles, eliminating the need for nozzle adjustment. A centering rake is provided for correct bottle mouth positioning, and a system is inserted at the end of the dosing phase to recover dribbles or drops. Quick-release "tri-clamps" fasten all dosing groups, facilitating dismounting. The machine allows "CIP" (cleaning-in-place) dosing group washing without dismounting the filling units. The machine can handle up to 10 dosing groups and bottles of up to 1000ml with 2 machine cycles. The product tank is high for dense products, and dosing nozzles have bottom closure or dribble breaking systems. The machine is designed for rotation simultaneous to jar filling to distribute cream and limit bubble formation.
