Description
The HV is a linear and accessible operator side machine that allows convenient carton magazine loading and large storage capacity. It features a cantilever structure for easy inspection and removal of product residue, in compliance with GMP norms. The exclusive carton erection system, with a continuous motion 5-station turret, allows for progressive carton pre-breaking. The machine also features product transport buckets for perfect introduction of irregular shapes and dimensions. The HV can adopt pusher upper blades for the introduction of leaflets or similar items. The machine is equipped with a wide range of product feeders for Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, and Food Industries. CAM has developed a new carton closure system that allows format change without specialized technicians, eliminates fine tuning time, and ensures quality consistency. The HV is equipped with the Mechanical Memory® system, transforming size change-over into rapid operations that can be carried out by unskilled personnel in less than 10 minutes.
