The multi-channel electronic Countec DMC-120 can count up to 12,000 tablets per minute. By incorporating cutting-edge infrared sensors and PLC touch screen controls, the DMC line of counters satisfies our pharmaceutical clients' requirements for maximum operational efficiency and absolute precision. For each tray discharge, the Countec DMC-120 equips two 12-track counting trays equipped with a filling nozzle. The apparatus can process plastic, glass, and metal containers with a maximum diameter of 120mm. Dark time adjustment is also included to detect fractured or double tablets.
