The C960 and C970 are automated tube fillers with a dosing system that can handle up to 60 and 70 metal, polythene, laminate, and polyfoil tubes per minute. These machines feature a diving nozzle with a positive shut-off valve and mechanically driven dosing pump, respectively. The machine has a base frame, safety guards frame, and electrical cabinet made of stainless steel, a 9-position turntable, and a direct drive of the main shaft without chains. It also features a centralized lubrication system, safety devices for tube feeding, filling, closing, and ejection, as well as for machine overloads. The machine has a simple and easy change of size parts without tools, easy access from all four machine sides for maintenance and cleaning, and an integrated electrical cabinet. It is controlled and managed by a PLC. The C960 and C970 automatic tube filler features folding folds for metal tubes, programmable touch screen color panel, and automatic print registration. It also has an inclined plane, cassette feeder, independent ergonomic feeder, conical tube feeding, tube cleaning, automatic print registration, bar-code reading device, nitrogen flushing before and after filling, and an easy-to-disassemble product dosing pump. The machine has a dosing accuracy of ±0.5% and can adjust filling volume from inside or outside the machine base or automatically. It also has a heated hopper with forced water circulation in closed circuit, a stainless steel product scraper stirrer, and adjustable air blow for nozzle cleaning. It also has a hopper for product feeding by pressure and metal tube closing units for normal, double, and saddle fold.
