  • Description

    Tube filling machines, such as the C1090 and C1110, are globally recognized for their exceptional performance in various applications. These machines offer a range of automation levels and additional devices for customization, ensuring adaptability to diverse production needs. The tube loading process is facilitated through three options: cassette feeder, independent ergonomic feeder, and fully robotized feeder CR1. Key features include conical tube feeding, tube cleaning via an adjustable airblow and vacuum-based dust aspiration device, automatic print registration using a step-motor, and a barcode reading device (pharmacode). Nitrogen flushing before and after filling enhances product preservation.

    The machine includes an easy-to-disassemble product dosing pump made from stainless steel AISI 316 with a polished 280-grain finish. It ensures precise dosing accuracy of ±0.5% and allows for adjustment of filling volume from inside or outside the machine base. An operator-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) panel facilitates automatic adjustments and a "feedback" function from an optional checkweigher enhances quality control. The heated hopper ensures optimal product consistency.

    The metal tube closing unit supports normal, double, and saddle fold configurations, offering thermosealing capabilities for different tube materials. Multiple thermosealing technologies allow for a wide range of applications, including the creation of customized "designer seals." The machines provide quick interchangeability of closing/sealing heads for aluminum, polythene, and laminate tubes.

    Special executions like the C1070S cater to specific needs, excelling in filling high-viscosity products like silicone. This dedicated machine employs bottom-up filling, lifting the tube under the fixed nozzle through a tubeholder lifting device with enhanced stroke, controlled by a servo-controlled brushless motor. It can be configured as an explosion-proof execution in accordance with Atex standards and includes IQ-OQ validation documentation for compliance with industry standards and regulations.
